In this questionnaire, I do ask for some personal information of you since my personal safety is very important to me and the screening process requires those facts. Please be concise in your responses and be assured that all this information will be kept in strictest confidence.
Please be sure to fill out all the fields required, including personal likes, dislikes, hobbies and preferences. That helps me make my decision on who i'm going to spent my time with. I personally prefer older, respectful, intelligent and generous men. However if you are young cute have a great butt and make me laugh I will make exceptions :-))
